About the role
* Deliver high standards of care as delegated by the RHP
* Support patients through outpatient appointments, procedures, and basic diagnostic tests
* Assist clinical teams with examinations and treatments
* Ensure a professional, efficient, and compassionate patient experience
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Skills and experience required
* Educated to GCSE level or with equivalent experience
* Relevant professional qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or willingness to work toward it
* Basic Life Support training
* Clinical skills such as; phlebotomy, cannulation, ECG recording, catheter, bladder scanning, dressing changes Phlebotomy
* Confident IT skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
* Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal communication, using tact and diplomacy
* Strong patient‑centred ethos
* A team player who promotes professionalism and positive working relationships
* Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and ethical behaviour
* A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
