Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) : Bedford. We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well:established and highly regarded firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their friendly and expanding team based in Bedford.
THE ROLE:
You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Sale and purchase of commercial and mixed:use properties and land
- Secured lending, mortgages, refinancing, and bridging loans
- Transfers of equity
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Transactions involving pension schemes
SKILLS REQUIRED:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 2:3 years PQE in Commercial Property
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
- Possess excellent organisational and IT skills
- Be confident managing your own caseload
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
