Our Role
This is a 4-month FTC (fixed-term contract) to support the Talent Acquisition Team through Peak.
You will provide administration support to the Talent Partners of our three business areas – Head Office, Retail and Contact Centre. As Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners end to end recruitment within these key business areas, from Advertising, CV screening and facilitating interviews. Ensuring that all Applicant Tracking System administration and relevant Recruitment audits are up to date, keeping the Talent Partners informed at all stages of the recruitment process. In addition, you will be a key admin support for our Emerging Talent programme.
Please note this is an entry-level administrator role with a salary that reflects that at £26,000
What you'll be doing
Recruitment & Talent Attraction
* Act as a support to all Talent Acquisition Partners through every stage of the recruitment process
* Create engaging advertising copy for Internal /External Website and maintaining an up-to-date audit of all advertising across our own website and partner platforms
* Auditing and maintaining advertising formatting on the ATS on a daily basis
* Maintain shopping centre contact info for advertising and training rooms
* Support in peak recruitment advertising and weekly tracker update to Retail Director
* Ensuring Hiring Managers are set up and trained with access to ATS to log on and review candidates for their positions
* Ensuring Hiring Managers have completed all relevant Recruitment Best Practice training ahead of any Interview process and surveys are sent out and logged on receipt to support continuous audit of those completed.
* Supporting all Stores and Hiring managers with eArcu issues and maintaining an audit of compliance and highlighting repeat issues including relevant feedback/ candidates’ status updates before closing down roles on ATS
* Maintaining the Careers inbox – responding to candidate & hiring managers or highlighting to Talent Partners to respond.

* In Person Assessment Day at our White City Head Office will be on the 7th June; all candidates will be required to attend this in person, and if you are unable to attend we will not be able to continue with your application
