Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Leicester (LE67) Pay: £15.65 per hour Hours: 160 hours per month ⏰ Employment Type: Permanent Service: Children’s Residential Home (4-bed) Service Users: Children and young people aged 8–17 with EBD Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Persons Workforce (essential) and QCF Level 5 Leadership/Management (or prepared to study) The Home This is a 4-bed children’s residential home in Leicester (LE67), supporting young people aged 8–17 with EBD. The home provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment with a strong focus on safeguarding, consistency, and positive outcomes. Who we are looking for… We are seeking a confident and supportive Deputy Manager to work closely with the Registered Manager and help lead the home day-to-day.
