We are now on the search for a full-time Compliance Administrator to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in compliance, or a relevant degree.
What will you do?
* Support with the management of our internal database and systems to ensure our current workers compliance checks have not expired, and keeping the systems up to date
* Uploading all incoming certificates and other important documentation to both internal and external CRM systems
* Ensuring all internal trackers are updated and visible for the consultants and management teams to monitor
* Closely monitor the compliance mailbox ensuring our responses are always in line with our companies email response SLA’s
* Deal with all outward and inward post, ensuring trackers are always updated
* Ensuring compliance with all processes and always maintaining a high level of confidentiality
What are we looking for?
* Someone with strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”
* A pleasant and friendly telephone manner at all times
* Treats people with respect under all circumstances
* Someone with an excellent attention to detail
* Takes the ownership of delegated tasks
* Experience within compliance is required, or a relevant degree
