At Carabuild Park & Leisure Homes Ltd, we take pride in designing and manufacturing quality static caravans for customers across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and clients.
The Role:
As our Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. You'll be responsible for front desk duties and supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
* Supporting production, sales, accounts, Management and Directors with paperwork and scheduling
* Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception or admin role is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role. Hours of work are negotiable but must be Monday to Thursday and within office opening hours (9am to 5pm).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
