An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join a market-leading groundworks contractor as SHE Advisor, covering their projects across the Cambridgeshire and Eastern Counties region. They are looking to add to an existing dynamic team who work closely with site management to manage risks across their project portfolio. Reporting into Senior Management you will be: •Providing support and assistance to senior management and workforce on SHE issues •Attend pre-commencement meetings as requested to proactively contribute to the initial decisions made by the contract team. •Ensure buy-in and compliance with company policy, procedures and legislation •Promoting a positive H&S Culture within the company •Assisting the Regional SHE Manager to prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy. •Produce RAMS and SSOW for site •Performing site visits and audits including reporting and follow up actions You will well-versed in coaching and mentoring personnel, controlling their safety output on-site and ensuring compliance across a diverse and challenging risk portfolio.
