Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel in Buckingham which serves an all fresh food menun to AA rosette level.This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The Hotel serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service along with functions/celebrations, room service, breakfast and events. The role is 45 hours per week 5 days from 7.

The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
Managing GP targets
The Person
Already working as a Head Chef or Sous on promotion
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
