Assistant Facilities Manager | Congleton & Cheadle | £34,000 Package. We are actively recuriting for an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the exisiting Facilities Manager across a hard and soft services contract within commercial environments based in both Congleton and Cheadle areas. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, your role will be to support with all hard services and soft services facilities management, provide KPIs / SLAs, produce weekly performance reports and helpdesk related reports, liaise with client, sub-contractors, suppliers etc and support day to day FM operations.
