As part of a major long-term campus transformation programme, we are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to support the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient mechanical services across a complex and operational university estate.
This role will support a multi-year programme focused on improving building performance, modernising mechanical systems, enhancing student and staff experience, and ensuring long-term reliability of critical building infrastructure. The Mechanical Supervisor will lead a team of engineers, coordinate specialist subcontractors, oversee day-to-day mechanical maintenance and lifecycle works, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and operational delivery.
