Senior Performance Marketing Manager Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is obsessed with data, knows PPC inside-out, and can run a full-funnel acquisition machine across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
com is a data-driven platform that connects e-commerce brands with their ideal third-party logistics (3PL) partners. By simplifying the 3PL search process, we help businesses enhance customer experiences, improve profit margins, and scale effectively. Using a smart algorithm and a curated network of verified 3PL providers, we deliver customized quotes instantly. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels, while also leading our SEO strategy and building a highly measurable, data-driven growth engine.
You will work closely with the COO and CEO to grow qualified leads, improve funnel conversion, optimise spend efficiency, and help us scale our revenue targets month on month.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves experimentation, analytics, and performance.
Paid Acquisition (PPC & Paid Social)
Develop channel strategy, keyword plans, audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page optimisation
Build a robust experimentation roadmap (A/B, creative, bidding strategies, funnel changes)
Analyse and optimise performance across the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue)
Build dashboards and reporting to track trends, performance and attribution
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, workflows, scoring and routing
Use data to influence product and commercial strategy
SEO & Content Performance
Own SEO strategy: keyword research, technical audits, on-page and off-page optimisation
Work with content team to create high-ranking, high-converting pages
Manage performance marketing budget with clear ROI accountability
4–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
~ Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
~ Strong across Meta and LinkedIn advertising
~ GA4, Looker/BI tools, attribution, testing
~ Working SEO experience (technical + content + keyword strategy)
~ Experience building full-funnel optimisation workflows
~ Bonus if you have:
