We're seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative with the drive to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Research, identify, and pre-qualify prospective customers.
* Handle inbound sales queries and uncover new opportunities.
* Engage decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video messaging.
* Arrange and attend discovery calls/meetings with prospects.
* Maintain accurate pipeline records using CRM systems.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Requirements:
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Confident on the phone and comfortable creating video messages.
* Background in sales or business development, ideally in B2B/SaaS.
* Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience ideal).
* Self-motivated with strong time management and organisation skills.
