Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Base Salary: £30,000 (+ commission)
OTE: Year 1 £40,000-£45,000 | Year 2 £50,000-£70,000 | Year 3 £80,000+
Im supporting a fast-growing start-up recruitment agency entering an exciting second phase of expansion. Youll join a structured training academy alongside other new starters, all working through the same management development programme designed to build the businesss next generation of senior leaders.

Experience leading or coordinating teams (in work, sport or other activities)
Sales experience (B2B or direct sales) or commercial/finance exposure
