Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager and qualified Pilates teacher to oversee the daily operations of our studio, and teach Pilates mat and apparatus classes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a creative environment, and be an experienced Group Reformer Pilates teacher with a recognised qualification. This role requires exceptional organisational abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse team effectively. A background in retail or sales management is advantageous, as you will be responsible for driving performance and ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the studio team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer service.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development.
* Maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
* Oversee administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
* Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ensure excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and partners.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a retail or studio environment.
* A Pilates teaching qualification and proven experience teaching mat and apparatus Pilates in a studio setting.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with an aptitude for merchandising and sales management.
* Prior administrative experience is preferred, showcasing attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
