An exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervising Solicitor to join a well-established firm at their South London office and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.
About the Role:
As a Supervising Solicitor, you will play a key role in leading and developing the family and childcare law team. You’ll work on a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and representation across various areas of family law, while also supporting team growth and maintaining high service standards.
Experience in the following areas:
* Care Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) matters
* Divorce and financial settlements
* Private Law Children cases
* Domestic Abuse, Non-Molestation, and Occupation Orders
* General family issues, including unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years’ PQE
* Is capable of leading and supervising a growing team
* Can work confidently both independently and collaboratively
* Is competent and willing to undertake their own advocacy
* Has an existing following (preferred but not essential)
* Is willing to work towards panel accreditation
* Proactive in networking and business development
* An understanding of legal aid procedures
