Sales Representative – Dealer Sales UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Wenaas is a leading manufacturer of high-quality workwear, protective footwear and gloves serving demanding industries such as shipping, oil & gas and energy. As part of our continued growth in the UK market, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Representative to help strengthen our presence among resellers and distribution partners. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing dealers and resellers to grow our market presence and increase sales through indirect channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in PPE, workwear, or industrial safety products and a strong network of contacts within the UK distribution landscape.
What you'll do:
* Develop and execute a UK-wide dealer and reseller strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
* Identify and onboard new distribution partners, dealers, and resellers in target regions and sectors.
* Manage and nurture existing dealer relationships to maximize sales performance and brand loyalty.
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and promotional agreements with partners.
* Support dealers with training and product knowledge to enhance sell-through.
* Monitor sales performance by channel and market feedback.
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to create channel-specific campaigns.
* Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities.
* Attend key trade shows and networking events to expand visibility and recruit new partners
* Collaborate with our international sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Work independently from a home office or hybrid setup, ideally located in the center belt of the UK
What we're looking for:
* Minimum must has experience in channel sales, distribution management, or dealer development within the PPE, workwear, or related industrial sector.
* Existing network of relevant contacts (distributors, trade resellers, safety equipment suppliers, etc.) in the UK.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and margin management.
* Proven ability to launch and grow a distribution network from the ground up.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working independently.
* UK-based with willingness to travel nationally as required.
