Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Administrator Freelance Location: WF11 Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (40 hours/week: 35 paid 5 unpaid break) Overview: We’re hiring a Warehouse Inventory Administrator for a split role: 50% admin tasks, 50% physical warehouse work. You’ll manage a small storage area, ensuring accurate inventory and supporting wider warehouse operations. Full training provided. Key Duties: * Receive, check, and log materials in the system * Pick, pack, and wrap orders * Move stock with a manual pallet truck * Load/unload vehicles * Maintain clean, organized workspace * Audit inventory for accuracy (Airtable system) * Process electronic shipments and create basic Excel reports Requirements: * Driving licence and own transport * Understanding of warehouse operations * Basic Excel and PC skills (emails, spreadsheets, virtual meetings)
