Part-Time Customer Service & Order Management Role
We are an established online retailer looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join a part-time position.
Hours:
* 25 hours per week, worked flexibly between 9:00am–5:00pm
* Mondays required, with the remaining hours spread across variable weekdays by agreement
* Initially based at our warehouse office in Consett, with potential for more flexible working arrangements as the role develops
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls, including taking customer orders, providing order updates, assisting with product enquiries, and resolving any order-related issues
* Managing returns to suppliers and ensuring credits are received
* Reconciling courier invoices and checking for accuracy
* Liaising with couriers to ensure timely deliveries, investigating missing parcels, and raising/processing claims where necessary
* Supporting website management, including maintaining accurate product information and adding new product ranges
* Working independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
Requirements:
* GCSE English at grade C (or equivalent) or above
* Strong computer literacy and confidence with online systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to stay organised, proactive, and detail-focused

Pay: £12.80 per hour
