About the Role

Our Client is seeking a CTA-Qualified Tax Manager to join the expanding Tax Advisory team. This client-facing role offers a dynamic mix of tax advisory work, portfolio management, team leadership, and business development across our five offices.
You’ll work with an impressive client base that includes high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, wealthy families, trusts, and estates. You’ll also play a key role in developing the team, supporting junior staff, and collaborating closely with partners on strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on a broad range of tax areas, including income and capital taxes, trusts, succession planning, share options, and residency issues
Take ownership of a varied portfolio of private and corporate clients
Lead and support members of the tax advisory team, providing mentoring and training as required
Work closely with resident Partners to develop new business opportunities and support marketing and networking activity
Collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For
CTA-qualified with proven experience in tax advisory work
Strong knowledge of personal and capital taxes, trusts, and succession planning
Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills
Confident team leader with a passion for mentoring others
Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to firm-wide development initiatives
A collaborative approach to working across multi-disciplinary teams
