This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong secretarial skills and a background in conveyancing to build a long-term career within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
* Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal forms, and documentation
* Handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
* General administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and updating client records
* Managing appointments and liaising with clients directly
* Preparing and maintaining accurate records on the case management system
* Working collaboratively with the wider secretarial team to provide cover when required
* Maintaining discretion when handling confidential information
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
* Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy
* The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Package
* Salary dependent on experience
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
