Were looking for an Assistant Multi-Site Manager for our growing business to take complete ownership of our Manchester and Leeds Stores as we continue to grow our business. Were looking for someone who enjoys the fast paced and multifaceted nature of running all aspects of a busy retail business, from ensuring exceptional customer experience to organising and delegating to staff, from optimising high standards of stock management to striving to meet revenue targets. Immediate Career progression available to Multi-Site Manager within 12 months. Based primarily in Manchester, travelling to Leeds minimum 1 day per week. Main Responsibilities: Ensuring revenue targets are met by all staff in all locations. Overall management of all store activities. Assisting the Company Director in all activities pertaining to the smooth running of the business. Ensuring high standards of customer experience. Ensuring the maintenance of high quality products. Managing stock levels. Ensuring all staff are carrying out their roles with speed and efficiency. Abilities: Experience of working in a fast paced, busy retail environment. Experience of managing a team. Experience of working in a target driven environment. Customer-focused orientation with excellent communication skills and an ability to share knowledge with customers. Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself. Ability to organise and prioritise own and others workload. Be able to build lasting relationships with customers.
