HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the HR function, providing a world-class generalist HR service. You will be the main point of contact for part of the business, offering support, guidance, and HR advice to drive business growth while promoting the people agenda. This role is a generalist role covering areas such as people relations, employee engagement, organisational change, performance and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to provide the best service possible.
- Understand the businesses current state and future aspirations, supporting the design and implementation of pragmatic plans.
- Act as a partner to managers and colleagues, shaping solutions that support business growth while protecting the company's people strategy and heritage.
- Provide a responsive HR service, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, compliance with employment laws, and organisational change.
- Promote and support the embedding of performance and talent management practices.
- Use data-driven insights to help drive the people agenda, ensuring solutions are aligned with the companys values and culture.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in a senior generalist HR role or as a specialist in people relations or organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, change management, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage change in an agile and engaging way.
- Strong influencing, communication, and change management abilities.
- Ability to think on your feet and balance multiple priorities.
