Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a reputable sub contractor who are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Livingston.
Responsibilities
* The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
* This includes cost estimation, budget management, and ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
Qualifications
* In order to be suitable you will be an experienced QS working within the construction industry.
* Ideally, you will have experience working with another sub contractor.
