What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a large kitchen brigade, mentoring and motivating staff to deliver consistently high standards. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and service. Manage budgets, stock control, and kitchen resources efficiently. Create and execute innovative, seasonal menus tailored to client needs and market trends. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Drive efficiency and profitability while maintaining creativity and excellence. What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership: Experience managing large, multi-layered chef teams in a high-volume environment. Culinary Expertise: Professional culinary qualifications with strong skills in high-volume and quantity cooking, plus knowledge of modern kitchen technology. Operational Experience: Demonstrable success in catering management, budget control, and operational oversight. Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff, clients, and customers. Food Safety Focus: Extensive knowledge of food handling, hygiene regulations, and food safety standards (formal qualifications preferred).
