Operations Manager - Lead with Purpose

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee our cluster of children's homes, working closely with our Regional Director and leading a team of Registered Service Managers. This role is about creating a legacy of care that transforms lives and leading in a pioneering, ground-breaking way.
What You'll Do
1. Inspire Leadership: Mentor and support your team of Registered Managers, driving exceptional care and positive outcomes for children.
2. Deliver Excellence: Ensure outstanding care is provided while meeting financial and operational goals.
3. Collaborate: Work with commissioning and placement partners, and external agencies to tailor care to each child's needs.
4. Empower Teams: Promote our Mission, Vision, and Values, coaching managers to achieve their best with a child-first focus.
5. Drive Performance: Use data to monitor, report, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
* Experience: At least 6 years working with children with challenging behaviours in residential settings, and 4 years in leadership.
* Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children & Young People's Services.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and child protection legislation.
* Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, policies, and organisational goals.
* Leadership: Collaborative and inspiring coaching and mentoring skills.
* Child-Focused: Passionate about making a difference with a problem-solving mindset.
* Mobility: Full UK driving license and ability to travel across services.
