About Our Client

Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.

Job Description

3. Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Prepare payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
6. Maintain accurate records in the purchase ledger system.
7. Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
8. Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
10. Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.

What's on Offer

11. Salary circa £28,000.
12. Permanent role.
