About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Despatch Operative to join our client's Nottinghamshire site (Castelwood Business Park NG17) You will play a key role in ensuring that all products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and pack orders for dispatch in line with company standards. Verify goods against delivery notes and ensure accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods using systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve operational targets. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic IT skills for stock management systems.
