SUMMARY
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the burn table to process plate materials.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Select correct machine settings for optimal burning, drilling, and processing operations
* Measure materials to ensure conformance with design specifications
* Select appropriate material type, stock size and dimensions as required
* Transfer data onto materials
* Keep a clean, organized and safe work area
* Keep and manage an accurate record of daily operations and materials usage
REQUIREMENTS
* Must have experienced operating CNC machines
* Experienced with operating overhead crane is
* Ability to interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes
* Ability to read tape measure to within 1/16"
* Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time
