Our multidisciplinary team of chartered planning, environmental, and sustainability consultants have built a wide client base offering extensive experience across a range of sectors.
The Role
This role offers genuine flexibility and can be structured on a full-time or part-time basis, with an expectation of at leasttwodaysper week in our office.
* Leading planning applications and negotiations with local authorities
* Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation
* Conducting site appraisals and risk/opportunity analysis
* Working closely with project teams, clients and statutory consultees
* Advising on planning policy, appeals and wider strategic planning matters
About You
* Has3+ years’ experience in town planning, ideally within consultancy
* The candidate will ideally be chartered or working towards chartership
* Is comfortable taking ownership of complex planning matters
* Has experience in development management and planning policy
* Is an excellent communicator, able to build strong client relationships
* Is self-motivated, collaborative and commercially aware
* Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field
* Professional membership with RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) is preferred
