This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time hybrid position. Initially, the role requires working from the office, with a potential transition to a three-day in-office schedule.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our Health Medical Billing Service Division. You will work alongside our Account Managers, ensuring accurate data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining vital office records. Your contributions will be key to keeping financial and administrative processes efficient and supporting overall organizational success.

The responsibilities include:
1. Performing administrative duties such as invoicing, payment input, and filing.
2. Ensuring accurate data entry into company software for up-to-date records.
3. Verifying invoices for discrepancies and ensuring compliance with policies.
4. Maintaining office records and assisting with general administrative tasks.
5. Collaborating with your team to solve problems and adapt to unexpected situations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service, finance, or administration.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience in private healthcare is a plus.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude.
