About The Job
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Full accountability & responsibility for the creation and delivery of the wholesale strategy.
* Accountability for all wholesale sub‑channels: Multi‑Brand, Nationals, Franchise and Corporate Gift.
* Managing sustainable sales performance within the channel, ensuring the channel’s sales targets are met.
* Seeking and driving new business through prospect planning across all wholesale channels.
* Optimising wholesale profitability through accountability for wholesale margins, offers & effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.
* Using all available data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgement, challenging the KAMs and key stakeholders to influence and improve wholesale performance.
* Creating the annual commercial framework and ensuring the KAMs implement and deliver this.
* Creating and implementing operational plans to deliver seasonal brand and product training to the team and partners.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders (e.g. Client Services team) and visiting key partners on a weekly basis.
* Providing inspirational leadership, coaching, and direction for the team.
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field operator in a fashion customer and commercial focused wholesale environment.
* Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising at retail store level.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Strong business development mindset.
* Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills.
* Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 100% of working time.
