Based in London, this 12 month fixed-term position requires a professional who can effectively manage the change process for transformation projects, employing structured change methodologies and compelling communication strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency by collaborating with both legal teams and core business services to streamline processes and deliver sustainable outcomes. Extensive experience in applying structured change methodologies within professional services or legal environments. Exceptional communication abilities, adept at crafting clear, persuasive narratives for diverse stakeholder groups. Proficiency in assessing the impact of changes and utilizing data-driven strategies for decision-making. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and buy-in. Experience designing and facilitating workshops and enablement activities to support project objectives. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with partnership cultures and complex organizational structures. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data manipulation and process mapping tools. Demonstrated commercial acumen, with an understanding of financial data application within strategic decision-making.
