About The Role We are seeking a talented Junior Copywriter to join our creative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring writers to develop their skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a Junior Copywriter at Malaberg, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive and engaging copy across various digital channels, including long and short-form videos, emails, advertorials, and social media platforms such as Native, Facebook, and YouTube. Your work will directly contribute to customer acquisition, brand growth, and customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in storytelling, a flair for innovative ideas, and a genuine curiosity about consumer psychology. You will work closely with experienced copywriters and marketing professionals, gaining valuable insights and mentorship as you hone your craft. This role requires a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn from feedback, and a passion for creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Successful candidates will undergo an 8-week paid training program designed to immerse them in the art and science of direct response copywriting.
