* Being responsible for responding, logging and recording initial reports of anti-social behaviour, using both police and council IT systems and processes.
* Engaging with victims and communities, in high visibility patrols, researching reports of ASB, calling back victims in accordance with policy, giving advice and sign posting.
* Gathering evidence of incidents, assisting with enforcement and applying for effective tools and powers.
Responsibilities
* Permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) with two roles available predominantly serving Yeovil and Frome localities (locations to be agreed with the team manager).
* Part of a new and exciting team working face to face and virtually, with flexibility on work location and occasional out-of-hours meetings or events.
* Collaborate with partners to manage Somerset’s response to community safety and ASB across police and council.
* Maintain 25 days’ annual leave.
