We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our small dynamic team. We provide testing and compliance for the Built Environment nationwide. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations between our head office and field based compliance testing engineers.
Google Sketchup? Sketchup would be an advantage but not necessary as training could be provided.Responsibilities
* Deal with inbound email / telephone enquiries providing quotations and new instuction bookings.
* Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
