Legal Interns for CLM Project
We are inviting applications from law students to join our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) project. Selected candidates will support our legal operations team with the following responsibilities:
* Contract Validation: Review existing contracts stored in SharePoint and verify them against a manifest file (in Excel) that includes around 30 key data points such as company names, business unit information, dates, and signatures.
* Data Entry & Population: Accurately fill in the manifest file with the correct values drawn from each contract.
* Data Verification: Post-upload, validate that the data within DocuSign CLM matches the entries submitted in the manifest file.
Required Skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in legal documents
* Basic understanding of contract structures and legal terminology
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Good organizational and documentation skills
