We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools. Roles involve supporting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups or 1:1, and helping pupils with their learning and development. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher with daily lessons and activities
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to provide extra support
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Help prepare resources and set up learning materials
* Support pupils with their social, emotional and educational development
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting) desirable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* Patience, adaptability and a positive attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
* Ability to follow teacher guidance and work independently when needed
