Technical Authority - Surrey (Hybrid) - up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits - REF 2011 I am currently recruiting for a Technical Authority to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Surrey, but on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits. The organisation has been established for over 30 years and are renowned for the best at what they do within the defense and military sector on a global basis. They are a small yet specialist team employing around 50 people, but turnover is over £20 million annually with that figure set to continue moving upwards based on the ever-increasing demand for their products and systems. To support the business with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint a Technical Authority on a permanent basis. In this role as a Technical Authority, you will be responsible to lead all technical specifications for the company in line with RFQ's from their customers. You will interpret the requirements from the customer whilst understanding the objectives and from here will go away and conduct the necessary research with a view of coming up with an appropriately engineered solution that meets or exceeds their expectations.
