Full-time, permanent role with rotating shifts:
Mon–Thu: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
Fri: 6am–12pm or 12pm–6pm
What You’ll Do as a CNC Operator Setter:
* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and production machinery
* Carry out tooling adjustments, machine changeovers, and regular quality checks
* Work with a range of advanced machinery, including Fanuc Robodrills, Hurco, Mecal, Elumatec, Mazak, and Haas
What We’re Looking For as a CNC Operator Setter:
* Previous experience as a Production Operative / Setter is great, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important
* Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Team-oriented, with good communication and a collaborative mindset
