Job Description
Highly discreet Independent UHNW Physician needed for maritime operations. £240k GBP tax-free, autonomous permanent role traversing the Mediterranean.
We have been retained by a highly distinguished ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) principal to identify an exceptionally discreet, independent private doctor for a permanent, full-time appointment. This sensitive clinical assignment focuses on delivering uncompromising preventative and acute healthcare within a strictly secure, floating private estate. Exercising total clinical autonomy, you will be expected to uphold rigorous hospital-grade medical standards in an environment of absolute confidentiality.
The principal’s travel itinerary spans the Mediterranean's most exclusive and elite jurisdictions. You will bear complete accountability for the client's medical readiness as they transition flawlessly between private anchorages in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and Ibiza. This position is meticulously designed for a decisive clinical leader who prioritizes independent clinical governance, flawless discretion, and bespoke patient management over highly bureaucratic hospital hierarchies.

3. Specialist Knowledge: Your core clinical expertise must be rooted in Family Medicine, Emergency Care, or Internal Medicine.
4. Communication Protocol: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is a non-negotiable requirement for this high-trust, confidential assignment.

6. Liability & Health Cover: The employer entirely funds your comprehensive malpractice indemnification and elite-tier private medical insurance.
7. Accommodation & Transit: Dedicated private housing is supplied onboard, and all professional travel costs are entirely absorbed by the principal.
