Salary: Up to £31,000 (depending on experience)

We’re looking for Senior Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a children’s residential home. You’ll support the Manager and Deputy Manager, take on senior duties, and be a role model to both staff and young people.
What we’re looking for:
Level 3/4 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to complete)
Experience in residential children’s home or similar settings at lust 12 months
Experience in residential settings with learning disabilities (LD) desirable
Transferable skills from working with young adults, mental health, or paediatrics and psychology background welcomed
Strong ability to build positive relationships and provide consistent care
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour (preferred)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends, sleep-ins)
Driving licence desirable but not essential
