What You’ll Be Doing
1. Provide tailored support to students in one-on-one and group settings
2. Work closely with teachers and specialists to boost learning oues
3. Monitor progress and share feedback to help students succeed
4. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
5. Assist with implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
What We’re Looking For
6. Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
7. (Optional) Background in healthcare or care work is a bonus
8. Strong understanding of learning disabilities and effective support strategies
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
11. Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support
