Reception and Customer Service (Placemaker) role at Places Leisure, part of Places for People Group. We are a social enterprise that believes it's people that make a community. Responsibilities
* Provide personable and meaningful relationships with customers in a unique and relevant way.
* Multi-task and manage daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence.
* Advocate the benefits of physical activity and contribute to the mission of creating active places and healthy people.
* Utilise sales tools and techniques documented by Places Leisure membership management.
* Operate as a sales-focused, target-driven individual.
* Deliver first-class customer service and handle customer interactions in a friendly, professional manner, going above and beyond to maintain high standards.
About You / Qualifications
* Prior experience in sales and customer service is beneficial; however, proactive and self-motivated individuals can be supported with training and development opportunities.
* Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development, including customer service and sales learning, webinars, seminars, and cross-skills development (lifeguarding, swimming teaching, and more).
