Community Care Assistants

Weekend Shifts Available

Full and part-time hours available. We are looking for carers to work mornings, afternoons, and/or evening shifts, including weekends.

Pay starts from £14.28 per hour, with weekly pay, up to £18.87 depending on experience and packages.

Shifts are also available in Markfield supporting a client in their home: Fridays 16:00 - 18:00, Saturdays 10:30 - 15:30, and day-long shifts during school holidays (ad hoc).

Prestige Nursing & Care Leicestershire Branch seeks dedicated and passionate Community Carers to join our team. You will deliver person-centred, specialised care to clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis, maintaining a clinical and supportive overview.

We're looking for:

* Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential; full training provided through our introduction to care programme
* Excellent communication skills
* Compassionate and kind individuals
* A driver's license and own vehicle are essential
* Good professional or personal references

In line with CQC & Care Sector regulations, we will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks as per government guidelines and best practices for safer recruitment.

You may be asked to provide employment details through HMRC.
