Our client, a leading company in the IT sector, is currently seeking an IT Solution Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across business-critical systems including ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud platforms. Translate business requirements into technical architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise strategy. Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure the architecture and data strategies support their objectives. Define enterprise policies and standards for development and use of different technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and commercial teams to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to the enterprise architecture repository. Support procurement and vendor selection processes by evaluating technical fit and integration capabilities. Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards. Provide technical leadership during project delivery, including oversight of development, testing, and deployment phases. Mentor the wider technology team, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Job Requirements: Experience in IT architecture and solution design. Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, Data, and Cloud platforms. Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices. Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
