About the role
We are seeking a UK based senior account executive to join our founding team and identify, develop and drive sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure. Reporting directly to the CEO you will be adept at managing relationships and instrumental in shaping the future growth trajectory of the company.
As an early employee in a start-up environment, your success will not only drive revenue but also play a critical role in influencing the sales process, product development, and market positioning.
You probably won’t thrive in this role if you:

In this role you will:
* Leverage our powerful internal software tools to effectively and efficiently prospect leads at a high volume.
* Through research and in-depth conversations discover needs that potential customers might not even know they have.
* Identify opportunities to address those needs and pitch Togetherly as a compelling solution.
* Consistently follow up potential opportunities, build momentum and accelerate sales cycles.
* Adopt creative and innovative ways to overcome objections, negotiate terms and maximise the value of opportunities.
* Close deals and hit targets.
Compensation and Benefits
* A base salary of £55k
* Uncapped commission structure with OTE of £70k.
