Account Manager


Location: Saepio - Head Office, High Wycombe

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Full Time - (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)

Reporting To: Sales Director

Saepio is a rapidly growing Information Security Solutions Provider that work with UK based corporate customers with between 100-10,000 users.


We help them to protect their employees, data, users, applications, and systems from being the victims of cyber-attack.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking high-achieving, goal-driven salespeople with a proven record of success in cybersecurity sales. You'll be motivated by opportunity, autonomy, and the chance to build something meaningful.

You bring:

* A strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a new business or hybrid role
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating senior stakeholder conversations
* Excellent commercial acumen, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and a hunger to succeed in a high-growth environment


What You'll Be Doing

As an experienced sales professional, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping clients solve complex cybersecurity and IT challenges.

You will:

* Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects.
* Work closely with decision-makers to understand their security and compliance needs, and deliver tailored, consultative solutions
* Navigate and close complex sales by building business cases, negotiating pricing, and leveraging internal technical specialists
* Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, project delivery, and long-term value
* Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building trust, and delivering consistent results
