About the Role
As Cluster Sales Manager, you will:
* Maintain and grow our corporate and meetings client base through proactive research and account penetration.
* Develop new business across all segments via telesales, appointments, and networking.
* Identify strategies to secure profitable conference, meetings, wedding, and banqueting business.
* Drive revenue to meet and exceed budget expectations.
* Be a proactive ambassador in the local business community, building awareness and positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Create strategic account plans with clear objectives and timelines.
* Research and qualify potential customers for meetings, training, and events.
* Execute proactive sales activities such as client presentations, familiarisation trips, and networking events.
* Benchmark hotel offers and pricing against competitors.
* Collaborate closely with hotel operations, revenue teams, and central sales teams to maximise account penetration.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years’ experience in a sales‑driven environment (hotel experience preferred).
* Strong presentation skills and a structured, systematic approach to sales.
* Self‑motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Full driving licence and own car insured for business mileage.
