The Role This is not a standard bid role. As Bid Development Manager, you will sit at the heart of our business development effort — crafting persuasive bid content, building financial models that stack up, and ensuring every submission we make tells a winning story. Working closely with the Bid Director and senior leadership, you will help TSG identify, pursue and convert the right opportunities into profitable contracts.
