Essential Skills
* Manual Turning & Milling
* Hand Fitting & Bench Skills (marking out, drilling, tapping, assembly)
Desirable
* CNC Milling / Turning
* TAQA / CAVA (or equivalent, on the job training available).
* Level 3 Award in Education & Training (on the job training available).
What youll do
* Deliver engaging workshop-based learning
* Assess learner progress and provide clear feedback
* Support learners through tailored learning programmes
* Maintain high standards in Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Quality
What youll need
* Relevant Level 3+ sector qualification or time served experience.
* GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+)
* Strong communication skills and a passion for learner success
